#The Who "Hooligans" album flat (just the front cover) autographed on the cover in blue marker by Pete Townshend, Roger Daltrey, and John Entwistle.

Album flats are identical to the front cover of an album, but are the cover only anddon't have any graphics on the back. They were sent to record stores to make displays to promote the release of new albums.

The flat has minor tape residue in the lower left corner, and on the top middle (on the "Hooligans" title) from where it was taped on a wall. Overall it presents quite well.
